Karolinska Development AB's (publ) ("Karolinska Development" or the "Company") prospectus relating to a new issue of B-shares to the Company's convertible holders, with payment by set-off (the "Set-off Issue") was approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on March 16, 2017.
The prospectus relating to Karolinska Development's Set-off Issue is now available at the Company's website (www.karolinskadevelopment.com) and the SEB Emissioner's website (www.sebgroup.se/prospectuses).
Karolinska Development has retained Advokatfirman Lindahl as legal adviser in connection with the Set-off Issue. SEB Emissioner acts as issuing agent in connection with the Set-off Issue.
