Investment Advisory Board

Karolinska Development has an Investment Advisory Board (IAB), comprising four members, appointed for a term of one year. The members are

  • Mats Pettersson, chairman of the IAB
  • Hans Wigzell (also chairman of the board of Karolinska Development)
  • Bertil Hållsten
  • Terje Kalland

The IAB shall be a support to the Board and the CEO and has an advisory function.

Remuneration to the IAB members: Each member of the IAB receives an annual fixed compensation corresponding to two price base amounts and SEK 2,500 per worked hour.
