Bioneris' business concept is to commercialize the alpha trinositol (AT) molecule and its derivatives, which have been shown to play a central role in the metabolism of several cancer types. The metabolic pathways targeted, combined with the safety record and a good patent position, make AT an attractive drug candidate. Bioneris is in the process of conducting a series of selected preclinical studies, which, if successful, will form the basis for clinical studies in cancer patients.
